We are excited about this couple! They’ve asked us to photograph their wedding in October and after seeing the beauty of their love and affection they shared during their engagement session, we know the big day will be special.

The day before the shoot, as is typical, we scouted out the location. They suggested Rock Bridge State Park and so we searched for areas that offered something a little different than what you typically see in this location.

The day of the session had us checking the weather every five minutes as storms threatened. Thankfully the rain held off and the clouds even parted for the sun to shine through at the right moments.

The newly minted leaves added an electric green to some images while the multitude of textures of last season’s grasses fed our hungry cameras.
